General Contract Terms and Conditions
1. What services do I provide?
Where requested, I provide the following services: on the basis of the digital file submitted by you, with the photograph to me processed, I prepare an artistically  processed digital file and a physical print  of the size and on to the material of your choice, among de available choices. Prints are done in a world wide class lab, in Germany.
DISCLAIMER: by sending the photograph to me for processing, you are assuming that you have all the legal rights for the reproduction/manipulation of it and that you are solely and fully responsible for such reproduction/manipulation.

2. Sales workflow
2.1 Upon request, I will send you the pricing for the desired print, the respective shipping costs and the estimated delivery date. Note that the delivery date indicated by me is non-binding. Should any taxes or excise duties be incurred in case of delivery to a country outside the EU, all such costs shall be borne by you.
2.2 To proceed with the order you should pay in advance 50% of the print price (excluding shipping costs). This amount is not refundable.
2.3 After the artistic process is done I'll send you a copy of the file, for your consideration.
2.4 If the result is to your liking you should pay the remaining value and the processed file will be sent to the lab, for printing. 
2.5 If the result is not to your liking, I'll sent you a second processing option, for free. If this second result is still not to your liking, the sale will be cancelled at this point and you will keep the final file. The amount already paid is not refundable.
2.6 I'll send you e-mail updates on the status of your order. This occurs when your order is received, when it is sent to print and when it is shipped. In the shipping confirmation, you will find the parcel number and a tracking link to follow your delivery.
2.7 Your product will be sent in secure, custom-made packaging designed specifically for art and use selected shipping partners. The order will be delivered to your shipping address after production.
Please check your delivery in the presence of the delivery person. If you find damages, you should refuse the delivery. Then contact me right away so that I can get a replacement made right away. For fast processing it is very helpful to e-mail me photos documenting the damage.
In the event that you have already accepted the order before spotting damage(s), please contact me right away. Please keep the original packaging in case the goods need to be shipped back.

3. What guarantee applies to my services?
 In case of print defect, I shall be entitled, at my option and within a reasonable period, to make new delivery or to repair the defect. Should the attempt to deliver a new or to repair the defect be unsuccessful, you shall be entitled your option either to rescind the contract or to demand an appropriate reduction in price.

4. Customer Satisfaction & Return policy
In the unlikely event that you would not be satisfied with your product, simply contact me within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing me with a detailed description of the problem, your order number and some pictures of the issue.
Please allow 1-2 business days for me to be in touch with you.
Your satisfaction is extremely important to me. For that reason, I request that you please contact me immediately if something is not up to your expectations. Together, we will find a solution for your concerns, whether it is through producing the product anew or in the form of some compensation. I strive to continually improve based on your feedback in order to continue to ensure your satisfaction in the future.
I am unable to exchange or refund your order for customer created errors such as color differences between your computer and our professionally calibrated printing systems or product selection mistakes (i.e. product size, style or cover choices).
I cannot provide exchanges or refunds due to damages caused by customer handling, storage or treatment.
I reserve the right to request that your return the product to us and at our discretion, offer an exchange or reprint. Please ensure the work is packaged appropriately and that it is protected. Ideally, use the original packaging in which the item was delivered, including all protective material.

Procedure if replacement is unavailable
In the unlikely event that the material needed for the production of your order is unavailable I will contact you immediately and, if possible, give an approximate delivery date or suggest alternate product options.
